Return policy
From receipt of the product, the customer has 14 calendar days to return the product.
Two possible returns are considered:
- In the event that the product has a labeling error or defect, it can be returned and exchanged for another identical one. In this case, ' Bear Bags Barcelona' will send a courier to the address that the customer provides us to collect the product; The expenses will be on us. A new product will be sent when we receive the product to be returned when it has been verified that said defect or defect actually exists.
- In the event that the return is for another reason, the costs thereof are borne by the consumer.
In both cases, an email must be sent to hello@bearbagsbcn.com , indicating the reason for the return, the purchase invoice number, the name and surname of the customer, delivery address, the product reference number, attaching a photograph if the return is due to labeling error or failure in the original product.
Upon receiving this information, “Bear Bags Barcelona” reserves the right to authorize or not the requested return depending on the condition of the product and, where applicable, its warranty. The return of the product will only be accepted if it is made in the same condition in which it was delivered, that is, in its original packaging and without damage.
